Education Support and GED Readiness
Education can be one of the first areas disrupted when a child enters or moves through foster care. We want to help reduce that disruption by offering support with learning, school structure, study habits, tutoring support, GED preparation, confidence building, and educational encouragement.
Life Skills and Personal Development
We focus on practical life skills: communication, responsibility, time management, emotional regulation, goal setting, budgeting, job readiness, problem solving, and healthy routine building.
Transition Support for Aging-Out Youth
The transition out of foster care can be confusing and overwhelming. We provide support that helps youth prepare for adulthood: next-step planning, employment readiness, educational planning, document preparation, independent living guidance, and connection to resources.
Mentorship, Encouragement, and Continued Support
We believe consistent encouragement matters. We want youth to know they are not alone, not forgotten, and not expected to figure out every challenge by themselves.

Many foster youth experience frequent school changes that disrupt their education. With every move, they fall further behind. Over time, this creates frustration, discouragement, and a loss of confidence in their ability to succeed academically.
By the time they reach their mid-to-late teens, many are told they must pursue a traditional high school diploma — even when they are already significantly behind. For some, this expectation feels overwhelming and unrealistic, leading them to disengage completely.
This program was created to meet these young people where they are — not where the system expects them to be.
These are not separate problems. They are connected. And they are happening every day.
Program Phases
A structured, 12-week journey from foundation to transition — each phase building on the last.
Daily Structure
Simple, consistent, and designed to build routine.
Trades We Explore
Youth research local programs and match their strengths to a career pathway.

Meet Them Where They Are
No shame. No pressure to catch up overnight. Every youth enters at their own starting point.
Progress Over Perfection
Small wins matter. Momentum is built one completed task at a time.
GED Is a Tool, Not the Goal
The goal is stability and independence. The GED is a door — what’s behind it matters more.
Skill Over Just Employment
We are not preparing them just to get a job. We are preparing them to build a life.

Childcare Access & Stability Program
We help parents experiencing homelessness access safe, licensed childcare so they can work, rebuild, and move forward without risking their children’s safety.
Instead of building new childcare centers, we partner with licensed providers in the community — helping families find placements, covering costs, and maintaining consistent care.
Because no parent should have to choose between working and keeping their child safe.
